Each EP Mini Gearhead features an all-steel gear train, stainless steel housing, and aluminum front and back flanges for optimum durability. Each component of the gearbox can be precision machined to exacting tolerances before getting assembled in to the final reducer. The effect is usually a gearhead that may accept input boosts to 6,000 rpm and offer high result torques with minimal backlash.
